  • MASSIMO LONGONI - managing partner

    After graduating in economics, he experienced the activity of credit portfolio managing and optimisation of financial flows of the international holdings of Finmeccanica and Cofiri groups, then he successfully covered responsibility management tasks within the corporate department of Société Européenne de Banque S.A. Luxembourg (Banca Commerciale Italiana Group), where he became senior manager within the Financial Engineering department, operating upon project definition and management of several international corporate transactions, typically oriented towards Italian S.M.E.. He specially manages to provide and structure international financial engineering and corporate solutions aimed to achieve specific private equity players’ goals, structuring and managing several specific deals (LBO - MBO - exits). Registered in Luxembourg as conseiller économique, he is at the same time appointed as board member in several holding companies of private equity and entrepreneurial investments and in some management companies and investment funds. Partner and founder of the network International Financial Engineering Advisory S.A./Electa, he is actually C.E.O. of International Financial Engineering Advisory S.A. and C.E.O. of Electa Capital Partners S.A.. He presently operates within the corporate team of Electa Financial Engineering S.p.A..

  • SIMONE STROCCHI - managing partner

    Simone Strocchi ha conseguito la laurea in Economia e Commercio presso l’Università di Pavia ed è stato ufficiale di Marina. Dopo esperienze giovanili in diversi settori: shipping&trading internazionale (bulk carrier), produzione e marketing (gruppo Decathlon) con mansioni di responsabilità crescente, dal 1997 al 1998 è stato a responsabile del desk corporate e pianificazione fiscale di Banca Commerciale Italiana (BCI SF&A) Société Européenne de Banque Luxembourg. Ha guidato il team specialistico e progettato soluzioni per grandi realtà imprenditoriali ed operatori private equity (spaziando da tematiche di governance, alla impostazione delle strutture di partecipazione di gruppo, alla pianificazione fiscale). Dal 1999 al 2002 è stato condirettore del dipartimento di Ingegneria Finanziaria di Banca Commerciale Italiana (BCI SF&A) Société Européenne de Banque Luxembourg offrendo soluzioni integrate e consulenze di ingegneria finanziaria per un elevato numero di grandi imprese e fondi private equity principalmente attivi sul mercato italiano. Successivamente Simone Strocchi ha ideato e fondato il Gruppo Electa, di cui è General Partner, che opera come operatore indipendente specializzato nella strutturazione di deal, nella consulenza M&A e nel supporto ad operazioni di private equity. Da 9 anni coordina e sovrintende il team di specialisti di Electa Financial Engineering S.p.A., ed ha organizzato più di 70 operazioni di buy-out ed exit, focalizzandosi prevalentemente su tematiche di deal structuring, business combination e build up aventi ad oggetto la media impresa. Più recentemente, oltre a sviluppare l’attività di advisory specialistico, ha esteso le aree di attività del Gruppo Electa sia ad iniziative focalizzate sulla soluzione di circostanze critiche ricorrenti nel portafoglio di fondi PE Vintage che a sistemi di disintermediazione tra investitori e deal e di riequilibrio dei vettori di interesse tra investitore e gestore.

  • DANIELA DEGHI

    Degree in Law Business and Administration at Bocconi University, final elaboration on “asset deal and contribution in kind: comparison in the M&A domain”. She has been working with Electa Financial Engineering since 2006, cooperating for the management of investment and divestment structuring projects (LBO – MBO) for Private Equity founds; she also cooperates for the development of M&A advisory activities.

  • JUDICAËL MOUNGUENGUY

    Degree in International Economics and Business administration at University of Rennes in France and Master degree in corporate Finance at University of Nancy in France. Before joining Electa Group at the beginning of 2011, he worked for some financial professional services providers in Luxembourg as responsible of accounting, consolidation, and other corporate matters for a large portfolio of international companies, including funds and real estate companies. He is actually in charge of accounting, consolidation and administration of Groupe Electa and cooperates with all its specialist business units on corporate accomplishments related to the operations assisted by the Group.

  • ANGELA OGGIONNI

    Graduated cum laude in International Management at the Catholic University of Milan, with a final elaboration on Intermediate Capital. She joined Electa Group at the end of 2004 by cooperating with the Italian team of Milan, Electa Financial Engineering. She is eclectic and likes demanding missions, especially when they turn to empower Electa’s net of relations. Fond of cutting-edge projects, such as those promoted and developed by Electa Group in the latest years, she contributed for instance to the Private Equity tail-ends segment from its very concept. She is also proud of the role plaid in the engineering, implementation and IPO of Made in Italy 1 - the first Special Purpose Acquisition Company of Italian Law.

  • ANGELICA PELIZZARI

    After a degree in economics and the financial master MEFIN, she began a series of remarkable experiences in bank and financial contests concerning portfolio management, financial flows management and optimization, bank-company relations. Furthermore she started a long and close cooperation with a very well known Italian family of industrials (Lucchini – Brescia), by dealing with several extraordinary operations of management of quoted and non quoted participations, adhesion to Patti di Sindacato, and debt re-qualification. Professional Partner of Electa Financial Engineering S.p.A., she addresses her contribution to a specific clientele (family office) managing participations, debt re-qualification, corporate restructuring, and to internal projects as “Electa Capital Partners”.
