Electa Group is a network settled and promoted by a professional team of corporate bankers with a large experience acquired in domestic and international financial markets. Electa Group share capital is controlled by the managing partners.
Since 2003 Electa Group has been sharing with the professional partners of the network a wide and successful experience in supporting private equity players and corporations directly, by providing deal structuring, financial engineering solutions and structured products focused on business specific targets, often related to company transactions and M&A activities.
Activities
Deal structuring activities, M&A advisory and financial engineering are provided by Electa Group highly specialized Business Units in the operative Luxembourg and Italian markets, taking advantage of the support of our other captive service companies, strategically located at an international level, and dealing with tax planning, capital aggregation, back office services (book keeping - special purpose vehicles settlement and management, accounting, bond issue, etc.).
